Delivery terms

We offer delivery to all of Sweden with a fixed shipping cost of 49 SEK, regardless of the weight or volume of the package. Delivery is normally within 3-7 working days to the nearest delivery point. In the event of a longer delivery time or if an item has a different delivery time, this will be specified on the product page. If a delivery delay should occur, we will inform you via email.

You have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. However, we reserve the right not to reimburse you for any costs resulting from delivery delays.

Pick up your package

When your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS. You have 14 days to collect your package, otherwise it will be returned to us. When returning packages that have not been collected, we charge a handling fee of 129 SEK.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, the following applies:

• You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any specific reason, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.

• The return is at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect upon delivery. When exchanging an item, we are responsible for the shipping to you.

• The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If the item is not returned in good condition and if this leads to a decrease in value, we may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

Refund

Refunds will be made no later than 30 days after we receive the returned item. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
